Ongoing Monthly Litigation Support

For attorneys and small firms that need dependable support throughout the month, monthly support plans provide reserved hours and priority access to MPS.

Essential Litigation Support

$900/month | Up to 10 hours

Ideal for attorneys with lighter monthly support needs, including drafting, research, document review, case organization, and administrative litigation support.

Ongoing Litigation Support

$1,800/month | Up to 20 hours

Designed for attorneys with recurring casework, discovery, drafting, case preparation, and litigation-support needs.

Additional hours: Additional support is billed at $100/hour and is subject to availability. Larger discovery and trial-preparation matters may be quoted as project-based services.

Unused monthly hours do not roll over. Monthly support fees are paid in advance.

Some matters require concentrated support beyond routine hourly work. MPS offers project-based support for substantial discovery review, case organization, and trial preparation.
