Drafting of complaints, motions, pleadings, affidavits, cease and desist letters, demand letters, and other legal documents for attorney review.
Document Review & Summarizing
Review of medical records, case files, and other legal documents with organized summaries prepared for attorney review.
Legal Research
Research of statutes, case law, court rules, and procedural requirements to assist attorneys with case preparation.
Court Filing Support

In addition to litigation support for attorneys, McClinton Paralegal Services provides document preparation and notary services for individuals. Legal advice is not provided. All services are limited to document preparation and administrative support.

Demand/Response Letters – $150 Professionally prepared and formatted correspondence.
Document Formatting – $75–$150 Formatting of legal and professional documents.
Mobile Notary Services (South Carolina Only)

⏱️Turnaround Time & Expedited Services
Standard Turnaround Most services are completed within 24–72 business hours, depending on the scope of work, complexity, and current workload. Many requests may be completed sooner when scheduling permits.
Expedited Services
Expedited service may be available for select projects requiring priority handling. Expedited requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Important Notice
Turnaround times begin once all necessary documents, information, and instructions have been received.
🧾✍️Payment & Revision Policy
Full payment is required in advance for all individual and project-based services. Due to the customized nature of paralegal and administrative support services, payments are non-refundable.
If revisions are needed to correct an error or clarify the originally requested scope of work, reasonable revisions will be made at no additional charge. Requests that extend beyond the original scope of work may be subject to additional hourly or flat-rate fees.
Invoices are issued through Stripe upon confirmation of services. Payments may be made securely via Stripe, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash App.
Monthly Retainer Clients
Retainer fees are due in advance each month.
Unused hours do not roll over to future months. Additional hours beyond the monthly retainer limit will be billed at the current hourly rate or may be applied toward an upgraded support tier.
