🧾✍️Payment & Revision Policy

McClinton Paralegal Services, LLC requires full payment in advance for all individual or one-time services. Due to the nature of custom legal support work, all payments are non-refundable. However, if a revision is needed to correct an error or clarify the scope of work initially discussed, we will make reasonable edits at no additional charge. Additional revisions beyond the original scope may be subject to an hourly or flat-rate fee.
